🥔 Ingredients
1 bag Potatoes O’Brien (frozen diced potatoes with peppers & onions)
1 kielbasa sausage (or chicken sausage), sliced into rounds
1–2 extra bell peppers (any color), diced
½ onion, diced (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, fried or scrambled eggs, chopped green onions
🔥 Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until lightly browned (about 4–5 minutes).
Add the Potatoes O’Brien (and any extra peppers/onions). Cook until potatoes are golden and tender, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Optional: top with shredded cheese or eggs right in the skillet for a full meal.
Serve warm and enjoy — breakfast for dinner, done in one pan!
