π Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 jar store-bought spaghetti sauce
1 bell pepper, diced
Β½ onion, diced
12 oz penne pasta (or any pasta you have on hand)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Italian blend cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste
π₯ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and peppers; sautΓ© until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Let simmer 5β10 minutes to deepen the flavor.
Combine the sauce mixture with the cooked pasta and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle cheddar and Italian blend cheeses evenly on top.
Bake uncovered for 15β20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
